Refund policy
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn/unused and within its original packaging and tags. We cannot accept any item that has been opened or used, this due to our strict hygiene policy due to the nature of the items that we sell.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item. This will be based on the tracking information of the courier.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include a note of your order information within the parcel.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK please mark the parcel as ‘RETURN OF GOODS’ to customs. Otherwise any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
AinoHada is not responsible to for cost of returning the goods. This will be the responsibility of the sender. We recommend you use a tracked or signed for service.
The returned parcel must reach us within the 14 day period, should we receive it outside of the 14 day period the return will be declined.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (Within 48 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and contact the courier to investigate why the delivery was mishandled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If not approved, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
